Yippy Yappy is the hyperactive chihuahuah who lives in the house that has become rat infested. He is eager to play with anyone that comes his way and this includes the Scratch Cats. The cats aren't dog fans and don't share Yippy's enthusiasm for the game, after all they haven't the time, the fate of the world is in their paws. The only option the cats have to get Yippy off their backs is to tire him out. Once Yippy is exhausted the cats can continue on their mission.
King Scarab
Scarab is the tyrannical monarch of a mysterious dimension known as Luxoria. This giant beetle has dreamt of increasing his kingdom by invading Earth with his insect army for a long time and now he has seized his chance. An ancient artefact on display in the museum has somehow opened an inter-dimensional portal from the Egyptian domain of the roach ruler allowing Scarab access into our world. Another Luxoria denizen, Banubis is trying to get into our world too but is being held prisoner by Scarab and is relying on the Scratch Cats for his freedom.
Washington & Jefferson
The grand finale of Rat Attack takes place in space. The villainous intergalactic rodents have Pearl held captive on an asteroid. The Scratch Cats, once on the asteroid must use the destructor that Professor Julius has somehow spirited up there to fire rat energy at Washington & Jefferson's flying saucer. Only with the ironic justice of rat being used to fight rat can the cosmic vermin's nefarious scheme for global invasion be stopped.
